• Carbol is in active beta testing and may contain bugs or produce incorrect estimates
• I am responsible for my own insulin dosing decisions and will always verify estimates before dosing
• I will provide honest feedback on my experience
• I am 18 years or older (or a parent/guardian signing up for a minor)
• I have read the Carbol Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• I may be contacted via email during the testing period
